Harish Prasad B.A., LL.B

    Harish Prasad commenced his legal career in Parramatta in 1988 and established Harish Prasad & Associates in 1997 – making him one of the most experienced, prominent, and longstanding legal practitioners in the Parramatta region. Harish acquired his Highschool and tertiary education in Australia and was first admitted into practice in Australia in 1986.

    Harish has many years of experience as a litigation Lawyer with Family Law as an area in which he has always practiced. He is accredited as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner by the Australian Government Attorney General’s Department.

    Boasting an expert understanding of the unique family law issues facing clients from differing backgrounds (including India, Pakistan and Fiji) he is perfectly suited to represent such clients in Court.

    Harish also has vast experience in the area of Migration and regularly attends the Tribunals and Courts in New South Wales.

    Apart from his professional accomplishments, Harish is a prominent member of the Australian Fiji-Indian community and sponsors many events and fundraising activities for local organisations. Harish is also an original member and patron of the Fiji Indian Social Cultural Association Australia and a member of LawAsia.

Arjun Sirohi B.A., LL.B

    Arjun began his legal career in India in 2008. He joined our team in 2016 with the role of Litigation Solicitor.

    Throughout his career, Arjun has had experience in family, crime, commercial litigation and wills and estate law. Arjun is passionate about assisting clients through Family Law property or parenting disputes. He regularly represents clients in court proceedings at Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and in Family Law mediation. Arjun regularly practices and represents clients at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. He also appears before and briefs counsel in Supreme Court of New South Wales, District Courts and Local Courts in criminal matters, estate litigation and other commercial and private civil disputes.

    He is a valued member of our legal team. With his experience and advantage of speaking different languages, he has an ability to understand client’s unique needs and in delivering the best outcome.

Alvin Kumar B.Comm., LL.B

  • Alvin joined Harish Prasad & Associates in January 2021 as part of his practical legal training. In October 2021 Alvin became the full time Conveyancing Solicitor, handling all the firm’s property and business matters.

    Alvin is passionate about helping people navigate the sometimes stressful experience of buying and selling property or businesses, in particular, first home buyers, young families and people from the Subcontinent community.

Coral Prasad

Office Manager

  • Coral is the office manager and has been at Harish Prasad & Associates since its inception. She is the first point of contact for our clients and offers friendly and professional customer service. She is able to guide clients to the Lawyer best suited to deal with a client’s inquiries and to arrange a meeting.
